1. You call or submit an on-line request form to schedule your pickup. If you submit a request on-line, a customer service representative will call you to gather your credit card information to place in our database. That card will be charged each time we deliver garments to your home or office.

2. Place your order into a regular bag.

3. We will pick-up the dry-cleaning bag at your door during our working hours.

4. Your order is dry-cleaned and pressed by our experienced staff.

5. We will return your order within 3 business days.

6. At time of delivery, we will provide you with a Bonnie Brae Cleaners bag and pick-up your next order.

We deliver and pick up your garment on Mondays and Thursdays, each week, between 7:00a.m. and 2:00p.m. If your garments are picked up on Monday, they will be delivered to you on Thursday. Likewise, if your garments are picked upon Thursday, they will be returned to you on Monday.
